} Dear Wayne and Nan:I wanted to drop you a small note and let you know that we have completed the Cowan Residence. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Cowan, are very pleased with how the very large areas of the house look after installing your product. When the owners are happy, the builder, Norman Building and Design, becomes very happy also.
You should know that after installing nearly 10,000 square feet of your products in this house, we have come to appreciate the quality that your offer. As the installation contractor, the uniform gauge thickness and the degree of squareness all add up to make our life easier and the final job look great.
The owners wanted minimal grout joints, which reduces the margin for error. With the accuracy of the cut on your product so exact, this type of installation went faster and looks better than other products we have used in the past. Using your large format 24 x 24 inch stone, laid on the diagonal, made the job go smoothly.
I highly recommend the products that you supllied for us to use. We like it so much that I am using some in my own house and recommend that my clients look at your product also."
